2. How Long Do Resin Decor Epoxy Floors Last?

Resin decor Epoxy flooring when properly installation and properly taken care after epoxy floors can last for many years—often longer than traditional flooring. Their durability and low maintenance make them a cost-effective, long-term investment.

3. Is Resin Decor Epoxy Flooring Easy to Maintain?

Yes. The smooth, seamless, non-porous surface is simple to clean and maintain. It resists stains and dust, requiring only regular sweeping, vacuuming and occasional mopping with soft microfibre mop using low Ph cleaning products to keep its glossy finish intact.

4. Can I Customize the Look of My Epoxy Floor?

Absolutely. Resin Decor epoxy floors are available in a wide range of colors, finishes, slip- resistant and patterns. You can achieve a sleek, modern appearance or replicate marble metallic or epoxy flakes to complement your space’s design.

5. Our warranty covers

• Peeling or delamination
• Colour fading
• Blistering
• Defective coating only if the surface is peeling or blistering more than 10% of the total surface.

These issues are fully covered if caused by epoxy bond failure or defective materials within the warranty period under normal use,we will repair or replace the affected area free of charge

6. Our warranty does not cover

• minor variations in colour and texture up to 5% are not considered as defects.
• Pre-existing cracks in the substrate
• Skirting boards gap need to be filled by customer
• Cracks caused by movement or structural shifting
• Scratches, dents, or chips from misuse or heavy impact
• Moisture damage from underground slab or other sources
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents
• Damage caused by heavy machinery or excessive traffic

7. Payment Terms and Conditions

At Resin Decor, we value our clients and aim to provide exceptional service through careful planning and commitment. To ensure smooth project scheduling and completion, the following payment terms apply:

• Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm all bookings before the commencement of any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of project completion.
Late payments may attract additional fees in accordance with our payment policy.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Resin Decor, we take pride in providing reliable and timely service. To maintain efficient scheduling and resource management, the following terms apply to all confirmed bookings:

A. Job Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations of confirmed projects will incur a 40% cancellation fee based on the total agreed project cost.
• This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs already allocated to the project.

B. Rescheduling Policy
• Projects may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the agreed start date without penalty.
• Rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to additional fees or availability limitations.

9. Surface Preparation and Coat Finish Appearance

At Resin Decor, we are committed to achieving the highest quality results for every flooring project. Proper surface preparation and an understanding of the coating’s natural characteristics are essential for a flawless and long-lasting finish.
• Soft Concrete: If the existing concrete surface is soft or weak, additional densification will be required at an extra cost to ensure proper bonding and durability.
• Moisture Content: Concrete slabs with a moisture level above 3% will require the application of a moisture barrier prior to installation. This service will incur an additional charge.
• Pre-Existing Floors: Surfaces that have been previously coated or contain adhesives may require extra preparation, which may result in additional costs depending on the condition of the floor.
• Finish Appearance: Epoxy is a self-leveling compound, and the final appearance may vary slightly depending on the concrete’s slope, lighting, and viewing angle. These natural variations do not affect performance or durability.

10. Resin Decor Epoxy Curing Time

Curing Guidelines:
• Foot Traffic: Safe to walk on after 1–2 days
• Light Furniture Placement: Recommended after 2–3 days
• Full Cure (Vehicles & Heavy Traffic): Achieved after 7–10 days

11. Do customer need to prepare anything before starting the work and any suggestion after work

To ensure a smooth installation process and optimal results, Resin Decor kindly requests that all clients observe the following responsibilities prior to and after the project:

• Project Area Preparation:
Please ensure the designated work area is clean, accessible,dry, empty, and easily accessible before our team arrives. This allows our installers to begin work promptly and ensures a safe, efficient setup. Additionally daily $250 charges apply for delay.

• Curing and Post-Care Compliance: Customers are expected to follow the recommended curing times and post-care instructions provided after installation. Adhering to these guidelines is essential for achieving the best finish, durability, and long-term performance of your epoxy flooring.

* Epoxy odour last for 5-7 days we recommend proper ventilation. If sensitive to Epoxy odour or any health issue (respiratory) please inform our team beforehand.

* customer will supply and provide electricity on his cost at the property for the use of Epoxy insulation and use of equipment.
